At Scribbles, we place a strong emphasis on building meaningful partnerships with parents and fostering positive relationships with the children. We believe that strong collaboration between parents and our team creates a supportive environment that helps children feel secure and confident in our setting. This approach also ensures a smoother transition for the children, making their time with us enjoyable and stress-free.
Each child is assigned a key person who acts as their primary caregiver and point of contact. This dedicated individual builds a close bond with your child and is always available to address any concerns or questions you may have. This relationship provides a sense of stability and continuity, helping your child feel valued and cared for.
We also prioritise role-modeling positive relationships for the children. By demonstrating kindness, cooperation, and respectful social interactions, we help them learn how to be empathetic, form friendships, and develop important social skills. Understanding what kind and respectful behavior looks like is essential for their emotional and social development, laying the foundation for healthy relationships throughout their lives.
Engaging with the children is at the heart of what we do. We love joining in their play, sparking their imaginations, and creating joyful experiences. Whether we’re reading stories together, exploring new ideas, or simply having fun, these moments not only nurture their creativity but also build a sense of trust and connection. Our goal is to create a nurturing, happy environment where children can thrive both socially and emotionally.
